¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice (2-3 limes)
¼ cup Extra virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoons water
1 tablespoon Agave nectar
1 clove crushed garlic
Optional 1 teaspoon dried dill also delicious with fresh cilantro.
Combine all ingredients in a cruet and mix thoroughly.
Toss with any salad. Will keep refrigerated for up to a week.
