THE BEST CHIA PUDDING!

There are so many recipes for chia pudding. But this healthy 7-ingredient recipe is hands down my all-time favorite, it has a beautiful, fresh, creamy and delicious taste. It is gluten, dairy and refined sugar free.

CHIA PUDDING

1 can coconut creme

2 cups vanilla almond milk

5 tablespoons chia seeds

1 tablespoon agave or maple syrup

1 mashed banana

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

First Whip the banana until creamy and the lumps are gone. I used my Vitamix to blend the banana then add the liquids and blend until you have incorporated all the ingredients. Next whisk in the chia seeds by hand. Refrigerate for at least four hours. I like to put the pudding in single serving mason jars.

I really love this pudding. It does not last long in my house.

I hope you will enjoy this simple, delicious nutritious recipe.

Thanks for reading along,
